Short Description

BRTIRUS0707A light weight six-axis robot is built with a rated load capacity of 7kg to improve its performance and dynamic performance. Higher loads, up to the 7kg full load capacity, can be applied by narrowing the load gap. Special load scenarios must be planned for and tested. If you want extensive assistance, please contact the BORUNTE Robotics R&D center. Overloading the gearbox and motor can cause them to work excessively, resulting in greater wear, higher temperatures, and a shorter lifespan. Severe overloading may cause gearbox damage and safety incidents.

    Product Introduction

    BORUNTE pneumatic floating pneumatic spindle is designed to remove small contour burrs and mold gaps. It uses gas pressure to adjust the lateral swing force of the spindle, making the radial output force of the spindle. By adjusting the radial force through an electrical proportional valve and adjusting the corresponding spindle speed through pressure regulation, the goal of high-speed polishing is achieved. Generally, it needs to be used in conjunction with electrical proportional valves. It can be used to remove fine burrs on injection molding,aluminum iron alloy parts, small mold seams, and edges.

    The advantages of the pneumatic floating pneumatic spindle:

    The application scenarios for the use of floating electric spindles also require the use of compressed air, and some specifications require water or oil cooling devices. At present, most floating electric spindles choose carving type electric spindles with high speed, small cutting amount, and low torque or DIY electric spindles as the driving force due to the pursuit of small volume. When processing larger burrs, harder materials, or thicker burrs, insufficient torque, overload, jamming, and heating are prone to occur. Long term use can also lead to reduced motor life. Except for floating electric spindles with large volume and high power (power several thousand watts or tens of kilowatts).

    When choosing a floating electric spindle, it is necessary to carefully check the sustainable power and torque range of the electric spindle, rather than the maximum power and torque marked on the floating electric spindle (long-term output of maximum power and torque can easily cause coil heating and damage). At present, the actual sustainable working power range of floating electric spindles with maximum power labeled as 1.2KW or 800-900W on the market is about 400W, and the torque is around 0.4 Nm (maximum torque can reach 1 Nm)
