    Product Introduction

    BORUNTE pneumatic floating electric spindle is intended to remove irregular contour burrs and nozzles. It employs gas pressure to control the spindle's lateral swing force, allowing the radial output force to be adjusted by an electrical proportional valve and the spindle speed to be adjusted via a frequency converter. Generally, it must be used in combination with electrical proportional valves. It is suitable for removing die cast and recast aluminum iron alloy components, mold joints, nozzles, edge burrs, and so forth.

    Inspection of the Six Axis Robot Lubricating Oil:

    1. Measure iron powder concentration in reducer lubricating oil every 5,000 hours or annually. For loading and unloading, every 2500 hours or every six months. Please contact our service center if the lubricating oil or reducer has exceeded the standard value and requires replacement.

    2. If excessive lubricating oil is released during maintenance, use the lubricating oil cannon to replenish the system. At this moment, the nozzle diameter of the lubricating oil cannon should be Φ8mm or smaller. When the amount of applied lubricating oil exceeds the outflow amount, it may result in lubricating oil leaks or a bad robot trajectory, among other things, which should be noted.

    3. To prevent oil leakage after repair or refueling, apply sealing tape over lubricating oil line joints and hole plugs before installation. A lubricating oil gun with a fuel level indicator is required. When it is not feasible to build an oil gun that can specify the amount of oil, the amount of oil can be determined by measuring the change in weight of the lubricating oil before and after it is applied.

    4.  Lubricating oil may be released when removing the manhole screw stopper, as internal pressure rises quickly after the robot stops.
